THE 13 MINUTE MISSION

PUSHING BACK THE CLOCK

on the Silent Epidemic of Male Suicide

13

Every 13 minutes, a man dies by suicide. Together, we can push it back to 14 minutes—saving 2,888 men this year alone.
The 13 Minute Mission is a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) nonprofit confronting the silent epidemic of male suicide in America and beyond.
How We Do It

Our mission comes to life through three pathways — each designed to move men from awareness to belonging, from isolation to brotherhood, from despair to purpose.

1
The 13 Minute Mission
Our eduational and advocacy arm — raising awareness about the silent epidemic of male suicide, funding vital initiatives, and inspiring individuals and organizations to help us defy the clock.
2
Men's Peer Groups (MPG)
Structured, peer-led circles where men meet regularly to build connection, accountability, and brotherhood. These aren't therapy sessions or networking meetups — they're lifelines where men learn to face life together, not alone.
3
Men's Peer Retreats
Immersive, off-grid experiences for reflection, renewal, and transformation. In the stillness of nature and the safety of brotherhood, men remember who they are and why they're here.
Call To Action — Join The Mission

Every 13 minutes, a man takes his own life.

Between those minutes, we have a choice.
Look away or look each other in the eye.
We can stay silent or speak.
Let the clock keep ticking or push it back.
